Second Helping
Are you a woman who longs for a mentor—someone to nurture you? Would you love to hear how other women have worked through the issues of marriage, raising children, making a warm, loving home and living a life of joy and purpose?
Then 2nd Helping is desgned with you in mind. 2nd Helping is held the 2nd Thursday of each month. Contact the church office for information - 719-395-2242.
The ministry is held in homes the first Thursday of each month. The daytime groups meet at 11:30 a.m. and the evening groups meet at 6 p.m. Child care is provided.
Bible Studies
Each fall and spring the Women's Ministry sponsors a women's Bible study to encourage spiritual growth and relationship building.
Retreats
With the beautiful setting of our own back yard mountains, the women of Valley Fellowship Church have been privileged to enjoy weekend retreats at various Christian retreat centers in our area. This is a special time for laughter and joy, enjoying the company of other women, sharing together, hearing a guest speaker, and growing together in Christ.
